This Privacy Policy explains what information the Sport Clash app ("the App", "we", "us") collects, how it is used, and your choices. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.
When you first launch the App and periodically thereafter, the App contacts our licensing service to activate and verify your installation. The following data is transmitted:
This data is used solely to: verify that your copy of the App is licensed, enforce license validity/expiry, and manage minimum supported app versions. The licensing service is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the Tokyo (ap-northeast-1) region.
The App connects to compatible Bluetooth Low Energy fitness equipment (FTMS — bikes, rowers, ski machines, etc.). Performance data received from the equipment (such as cadence, power, or speed) is used only on your device to run the interactive experience. This equipment/fitness data is not transmitted to our servers and is not stored remotely.
Android requires apps to hold location permission in order to scan for nearby
Bluetooth devices. The App requests location permission only to enable
Bluetooth scanning (the Bluetooth scan is declared with the neverForLocation
flag). The App does not collect, store, use, or transmit your geographic
location.
The App downloads game content and asset updates over the internet from our content delivery storage. No personal data is uploaded during this process.
License status, your installation identifier, and saved equipment preferences are stored locally on your device. This local data is removed when you uninstall the App.
We do not collect or transmit: your name, email address, phone number, precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, files, financial information, hardware identifiers (IMEI, MAC address, Android ID), or advertising identifiers. The App contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and we do not sell or share your information with third parties for advertising.
The limited information in Section 1.1 is used only to operate the App's licensing and version-control functionality and to protect against unlicensed use. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.
License/activation records associated with your installation identifier are retained on our backend for as long as needed to provide licensing. Because the installation identifier is not linked to your personal identity, records cannot be located by your name or email. To request deletion of the record associated with your installation, contact us at contact_ucare@ucaremedi.com; we will use the installation identifier (available in the App) to locate and delete it. Locally stored data is deleted when you uninstall the App.
Data in transit to our licensing service is protected using HTTPS/TLS. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we handle.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above and posting the revised policy at this URL.

本 App 會透過網路自我們的內容儲存下載遊戲內容與資產更新。此過程不會上傳任何個人資料。
授權狀態、您的安裝識別碼及已儲存的器材偏好設定會儲存在您裝置本機。解除安裝 App 時,這些本機資料即被移除。
我們不蒐集或傳輸:您的姓名、電子郵件、電話號碼、精確或概略位置、通訊錄、相片、檔案、財務資訊、硬體識別碼(IMEI、MAC、Android ID)或廣告識別碼。本 App 不含任何第三方分析或廣告 SDK,我們不會為廣告目的出售或分享您的資訊。
第 1.1 節所列的有限資訊僅用於營運 App 的授權與版本控制功能,並防止未授權使用。我們不會將其用於廣告或側寫。
與您安裝識別碼相關的授權/啟用紀錄,會在提供授權服務所需期間內保留於我們的後端。由於安裝識別碼未連結至您的個人身分,紀錄無法以您的姓名或 Email 查找。若要刪除與您安裝相關的紀錄,請來信 contact_ucare@ucaremedi.com,我們將以 App 內的安裝識別碼定位並刪除。本機儲存的資料於解除安裝時即刪除。
傳輸至授權服務的資料以 HTTPS/TLS 保護。我們採取合理的技術與組織措施保護所處理的有限資料。
本 App 並非以未滿 13 歲兒童為對象,我們不會在知情下蒐集兒童的個人資訊。
我們可能不時更新本政策。重大變更將以更新上方「生效日期」並於本網址張貼修訂後政策的方式呈現。
